Executive Chef Alex Lee

A two-time James Beard nominee for Best Chef in New York, Chef Alex brings a dynamic and innovative energy to Alpine. He is the only Chef in the United States to receive a New York Times Four Star rating then successfully transition and lead the culinary operation at a prestigious country club. Prior to Alpine, Chef Alex served as Culinary Director for The Starr Restaurant Group, opening Le CouCou, the James Beard award winner for the best restaurant in 2016. Prior to the Starr Group, Alex was the Executive Chef at the Glen Oaks Club in Old Westbury, New York where he elevated the food & beverage culture by sourcing the highest quality ingredients and delivering simply great food. As the Executive Chef at Daniel in New York City, the restaurant gained international recognition and achieved a perennial New York Times Four-star rating.

Satisfy your palate with casual bar fare at the Bar at Alpine, where we serve an upscale bar menu and home-made pizza made in our own pizza oven, a la carte dinner in our Main Dining Room, lunch, Sunday brunch, and our famous Sunday family buffet dinner. Partake in a wide range of seasonal and holiday social events, including special dining themes, wine dinners and family events to include our Alpine Family Carnival, Halloween Party and Winter Festival.
